2014-11-6 firmware for VIGICA C60S to input  MAC address to device
1. PVR can record encrypted channel, then play out
2. Add high setting button
3. Add check the device storage information.
4. Improve DVB part flash back problem
5. Fixed MAC address, when upgrade the firmware, the screen will tell you to write in MAC address by Scanner or keyboard.

Noted: After upgrade, please write yur MAC address to the box.
